What software should I download for my home budget?

I have 6 credit cards, a car loan, rent, electric, ect… And It is getting too much for me. I need a program that will help me organize my bills and help me to see where my income is going.

What is the best budgeting or debt reduction tool?

Has anybody had experience with an at home tool that has really helped? I already have my credit cards in a debt consolidation program, but I need to figure out a successful home budget that is easy to stick to – you know, just like a diet ha ha

How do we stretch our home budget for the necessary transportation?

We already have a garage that's filled with 3 dogs instead of an automobile or any service vehicle.
My brother needs a 5-seater vehicle for his job and his family and I need at least a motorcycle for errands, both of which could comfortably fit in our place, which happens to be owned by our loving parents.
Any suggestion?

According to Gayle Von Oxlade from Till Debt do us part, she says your monthly income should be divided up into the following parts. 25% housing, 15% Debt Repayment, 15% Transportation, 10% Savings/Emergency, and 25% Life which includes food, medical, diapers, pets etc. Any takers on what makes up a balanced home internet business budget?

I had my home finances set-up on excel and my husband accidentally deleted it all. Two years worth of Record keeping! It is my fault for not backing up my information of course but now I don't even want to LOOK at Excel, and to be honest I forget how to do half of that stuff anyway. Also it got complicated because our pay-date fluctuates slightly. Altogether it just sounds like more of a headache that its worth to use excel. It took me a long time to get my spreadsheets how I wanted them and I don't want to deal with the headache again.

All I honestly am looking for is something where I can input our pay date, insert our bills and it will track how much money we have and when we have it. Simple!

Any suggestions? A friend of mine told me to just search for free home budgeting software but as far as I can tell there isn't anything like that available.

Would anyone like to give some advice on budgeting at home? What works for you? ?
