How do we stretch our home budget for the necessary transportation?

We already have a garage that's filled with 3 dogs instead of an automobile or any service vehicle.
My brother needs a 5-seater vehicle for his job and his family and I need at least a motorcycle for errands, both of which could comfortably fit in our place, which happens to be owned by our loving parents.
Any suggestion?
so you need two cars? I had an oldsmobile as my first car, theyre extremely comfortable and roomy. Also, theyre pretty decent on gas mileage. To save money try to find an older one in good condition from a place like vehix.com or carmax. Mopeds are pretty affordable also and are street legal.
welcome to the real world, the motorcycle would be the best inside and the least amount of room. Who do you want to go outside your parents, the dogs, you, or your brother.
