15k in credit card debt, 17K in personal student loan debt, 15K in government student loan debt, 15k in car loan debt.

What is the difference between debt consolidation and credit counseling? I want to combine them all and just make payments so i can get my credit cleaned up and in the future get a home loan to buy a house. Are there any good suggestions. I'm not quite sure the best way to go about this. I owe a little over $10,000 but most is in hospital bills that have been sent to collections, and my student loans which i can make payments on but would like to make one payment to cover a little bit of each. Any advice? I've only ever had one credit card, but have made stupid decisions elsewhere with my ex and utilities such as the phone and television bill.

Does anyone know of an excellent attorney who knows about living wills?

We are looking at making a living will but do not know who to go to for this – he/she has to be competent and able to work with us and also knows the latest about this type of will, because we are unsure of it.

As most people know times are hard and my husband like many others has lost his job. We are really considering going through a company called Credit solutions or maybe another dept consolidator. To me it seems really good but I know that sometimes you can get "screwed". I would like to know how bad this will really hurt my credit and if any of this is all worth doing? So can someone please help us out with any information or your own personal expediences about this?
