Questions about last will and testament and living wills?

Today I just wrote out a rough draft of my last will and testament as well as my husbands and I living will. What do I need to do to get these documents legalized should one day one of us passes away? What are the procedures and costs to have an estate? Thank you for your answers?

I am in my 40s and have always lived with my parents, who are now both old age pentioners, on their freehold small holding with animals. One of them has siblings and I have a sibling none of whom live with us. If my parents died intestate together would I have any right to remain living at home or could the state or any beneficiaries force me to move out in order to pay tax and duties or divide the equity amongst the heirs?

Does anyone know of an excellent attorney who knows about living wills?

We are looking at making a living will but do not know who to go to for this – he/she has to be competent and able to work with us and also knows the latest about this type of will, because we are unsure of it.

My in-laws now live in Michigan 6 months of the year, and in Arizona the other 6 months. They have their wills/trusts or whatever already set up for their home in Michigan, but now want to set up something for their "vacation" home in Arizona. I would think they have to do that separately because laws would be specific to the state the property is located in.

They have 3 sons and want to have things in order. They know they will probably have to sit down with a lawyer, but does anyone have any input on this?
