My debt to income is high because I have used my personal credit to help my business. I tried applying for credit cards to transfer balances but no one will help me. any recommendations??

I only have the tuition (education) to fill out but I'm kinda confused. The year has only started so I don't know if I only include the tuition for the next four months what I already paid or do I include the whole year. It said include the total amount so I wasn't sure.

I have to admit I've never been the best at shopping smart. I started using coupons just recently. I just have no clue how to budget. If you mommies could please give me some tips and advice on how to shop on a budget I'd greatly appreciate it!
